How to set up and use AI SEO — full walkthrough

Have these ready (our WeSignDeal example in parentheses):

Open https://nextbrill.us/ai-seo in Chrome or Edge.

1. On the AI SEO page, click Get My Free SEO Readiness Check → (big button in the hero).
2. Step 1 — Website. Enter your site URL.
   Example: type https://www.wesigndeal.com (or www.wesigndeal.com). NextBrill will open and read the public pages.
3. Step 2 — Keywords. List the phrases customers would search. One per line or separated by commas.
   Example for WeSignDeal (USA-focused):
   electronic signature software USA online document signing eSign for business
4. Step 3 — Location. Where you sell or want to appear in search.
   Example: United States, New York NY, or London UK
5. Step 4 — Phone. Choose your country code and enter your mobile number (digits only).
6. Step 5 — Email. Enter the email you will use for your NextBrill account — for example [email protected] or [email protected]. If a small CAPTCHA box appears, complete it, then submit.

After submit, NextBrill saves your WeSignDeal check request and takes you to Create account (register) so the report can be attached to you.

1. On /register, fill in:
   • Your name
   • Email (same one you typed in the free check — e.g. [email protected] or [email protected])
   • Password (at least 12 characters)
   You can also use Continue with Google. Microsoft sign-in is not offered right now.
2. Click Create account. You will go to email verification.
3. Open your inbox for a code from [email protected], enter it on the verify page, and continue.
4. NextBrill will claim your pending WeSignDeal job and start the free analysis automatically (you may see status: queued → running → completed).

Already have an account? Sign in at /login and open your job from the dashboard — if you started the free check while logged out, use the same browser session so the claim handoff still works.

1. Go to your dashboard: https://nextbrill.us/app/ai-seo
2. Open the job for wesigndeal.com. Wait until status is completed (refresh happens automatically while it runs).
3. On the free report you will see:
   • Readiness score out of 100 — how ready the site looks for your keywords
   • Findings — critical issues, recommended fixes, and what already looks good
   • Keyword teaser — a preview of keyword–page fit (full mapping unlocks after payment)

When you want the full keyword-to-page plan for WeSignDeal, stay on that job page and choose a plan:

1. Click the $50 or $100 checkout button on the job page.
2. Stripe opens a secure payment page. Pay with card. Use a real card in production (test cards only work in developer mode).
3. After success you return to the WeSignDeal job with checkout=success. Status goes to queued/running again for the paid deep crawl.

When the paid job completes, open the same WeSignDeal job again. You should now see:

• Full keyword rows (no “unlock” teaser)
• Search intent, current page match, alignment, content gaps
• Recommended action, title, H1, meta, H2 ideas, topics, FAQs
• More pages crawled from www.wesigndeal.com for a deeper picture

Use this as your content checklist: fix the critical findings first, then update pages so WeSignDeal’s wording matches the keywords you paid to analyze.

After a paid purchase, NextBrill issues an install key (looks like NB-AISEO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). No OpenAI or captcha secrets are stored on your PC — the Agent only talks to nextbrill.us.

1. Open /app/ai-seo. When access is active you can:
   • Download Windows Agent (zip) — includes Node.js + browser engine (no separate Node install)
   • Download the Chrome extension zip
   • Generate install key (or use the auto-issued one after purchase)
2. Windows Agent: extract the ZIP to a folder first (do not run from inside the zip viewer) → double-click NextBrill-AI-SEO-Agent.exe (keep runtime\ and worker\ beside it). A status window opens — paste your install key → should show Connected and Worker running. Closing the window keeps the Agent in the system tray. If you only downloaded the lone EXE, it will auto-download the bundled runtime once on first start. If SmartScreen appears: More info → Run anyway.
3. Chrome extension: unzip → Chrome → Extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → select the folder → open the popup → paste the same install key → Activate.
4. If payment expires or an admin revokes access, heartbeat fails and the Agent disconnects until you renew / get a new grant.

You do not pick from dozens of SEO tactics. You choose what you want for WeSignDeal, and NextBrill AI builds the job queue.

Architecture in one line

Web goals → NextBrill AI scores activities → Job queue → Windows Agent executes one job at a time → Result returns → next job. The server never becomes the browser workforce.

1. Finish the paid WeSignDeal analysis, then open the job page or /app/ai-seo.
2. Under Offsite SEO campaign, select goals, for example:

3. Click Accept AI strategy & start. NextBrill creates discovery and submission jobs (searches, crawls, directory submissions) — not 100 instructions at once to your PC.
4. Leave Agent.exe running. Node.js and the browser engine are bundled — you do not install Node separately. The Agent polls the queue, opens Chrome, fills forms when possible, and reports results.
5. Watch campaign status: completed / queued / running / need attention. CAPTCHA without a solver key, payment walls, or identity checks pause that single job as human-required while others continue.

Remember

• 2 free readiness checks total per person (abuse-protected).
• Philosophy: make sure Google understands WeSignDeal correctly before you spend on backlinks and offsite SEO.
• Cloud = brain + queue. Windows Agent = workforce. Extension = Chrome bridge only.
• Downloads without a paid install key will not stay connected.
• Download the Windows Agent zip (includes Node + browser engine — no separate Node.js install). Unzip and run NextBrill-AI-SEO-Agent.exe.

If something fails

• Job stuck on running: wait a few minutes; refresh the job page. Very large sites take longer.
• No report after register: confirm email verified; open /app/ai-seo and click the wesigndeal.com job.
• Payment succeeded but still locked: reload the job URL with checkout=success; contact support if status stays unpaid.
• Agent says purchase required: generate a fresh install key from the dashboard after a valid paid plan.
• Worker stopped / runtime error: right-click tray → Repair bundled runtime, then Start / restart worker. Keep the PC online while the one-time runtime download finishes.
• Campaign queued but nothing runs: Agent must be online with an active session; check tray status Connected + Worker running.
