• Account data: name, email, password hash (or Google OAuth identifiers), business/workspace details.
• Billing data: handled primarily by Stripe; we receive limited payment metadata (e.g. customer/subscription IDs, plan status), not full card numbers.
• Product usage: extension sessions, trial/search counters, feature events, export sync metadata, support tickets, and diagnostic logs.
• Customer content: files, URLs, instructions, and extracted/exported rows you choose to process or sync to your admin area.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, and security logs.
• Communications: messages you send via contact forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services and Chrome extensions.
• Authenticate users, enforce trials/subscriptions, and prevent abuse/fraud.
• Process payments and send transactional notices (receipts, security alerts).
• Run AI analysis you request (prompts and source text may be sent to our AI infrastructure/providers solely to return results).
• Respond to support and legal requests; comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded lead lists to market our products to those leads.

Depending on your location, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligations.

We share data only as needed with:

• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers;
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe);
• Email/SMTP and transactional mail providers;
• AI model providers when you use AI features;
• Analytics or error monitoring tools if enabled;

• A successor entity in a merger or acquisition, under continuing protections.

Chrome extensions run in your browser and may access pages you open while using a product. Content from those pages is processed according to the product you run and may be sent to NextBrill servers for analysis, licensing, or export sync when the product requires it.

We use essential cookies/storage for login sessions and security. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand site performance. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Export files and operational logs are kept according to product settings and routine retention schedules, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for protecting your devices and credentials.

NextBrill may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR/UK GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Our site and extensions may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing data to them.
