How every customer connects WhatsApp
Same steps for every account — buy your number, connect Meta, verify in NextBrill.
Step 1
Buy or bring your own phone number
Use a number you control (SIM or VoIP). NextBrill does not sell numbers — Meta will send the verification code to this number.
Step 2
Subscribe to NextBrill WhatsApp ($9.99/mo)
Pay NextBrill for the app. Meta bills message usage separately on your WhatsApp Business Account.
Step 3
Connect WhatsApp (create / link your WABA)
In Setup, click Connect WhatsApp. Meta Embedded Signup opens — sign in to Meta, create or select a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and add your phone number there.
Step 4
Verify the number inside NextBrill
Back in the NextBrill panel: Send verification code → enter the SMS/voice OTP → set a 6-digit two-step PIN → Register & go live. Never paste Meta passwords into NextBrill.
Step 5
Submit templates in NextBrill (Meta reviews)
In Templates, create UTILITY (transactional) or MARKETING (promotional) templates and Submit to Meta. Watch pending → approved/rejected status here, then edit or delete — same as WhatsApp Manager via Meta API.
