Refund Policy

Purchases of digital products, software subscriptions, extension licenses and prepaid services are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and access is activated or made available. Cancellation stops future renewals when completed before the renewal date; it does not reverse an already processed payment. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges and refunds required by law are reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider procedures. See nextbrill.us/refund and nextbrill.us/terms.

NextBrill provides free trials or limited free usage for eligible products wherever applicable, so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. Please review product features, plan limitations, pricing, and trial conditions before completing a purchase.

Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals when cancellation is successfully completed before the applicable renewal date. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an already processed payment, and unused time in a paid period is not refunded unless required by applicable law.

Duplicate payments, verified unauthorized transactions, incorrect charges, and cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection or other law will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable laws and payment-provider procedures (Stripe or Razorpay). Contact us promptly through official NextBrill support channels with your invoice number and payment reference.

India (INR + GST): invoices are issued by The Black Box. Full invoice terms appear on each Indian tax invoice.

International (USD): invoices are issued by Delaware KPO IT LLC. Full invoice terms appear on each international tax invoice.

Entity-specific legal disclosures (currency, GST, tax IDs) appear on the invoice From block and Terms & Conditions section. This website policy states the shared commercial refund rules; mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply where they cannot be waived.

Before payment you must confirm that you have reviewed product features, pricing, and any available free trial, and that you understand purchases are generally non-refundable subject to applicable law and the exceptions above.
