How AutoCallEra AI Works

Login
Sign in using your existing AutoCallEra account. Once verified, your available AutoCallEra calling credit is displayed inside the extension.

Create a Campaign
Give your campaign a name — for example Dental Follow-up, Customer Renewal, Sales Outreach, Payment Follow-up, Appointment Confirmation, or Lead Qualification.

Upload Your Contacts
Upload Excel or CSV, or paste your calling list. Spreadsheet fields such as First Name, Company, Appointment, Balance, or custom columns power personalization.

Create Your Calling Script
Write the conversation your AI caller should use and insert spreadsheet fields directly into the script. Your data becomes your personalization.

Choose Your Calling Settings
Configure language (English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Gujarati), voice (male or female), concurrent calls (1–5), and supported call pacing.

Validate Your Campaign
Before calling starts, AutoCallEra AI checks phone-number format, required information, custom fields, script variables, and campaign configuration. International numbers are required (for example +14153932436).

Enter your own full international phone number. The system places a test call so you can evaluate voice, script, personalization, language, and conversation quality.

Start processing the calling list. The extension shows campaign progress while it runs, with live totals for completed, in progress, and remaining contacts.
