- 2Upload Excel/CSV (or download the NextBrill sample). Map columns; AI helps only when headings are ambiguous.
- 3Write offer instructions and select personalization fields. Generate one campaign draft, edit, and save.
- 4Configure your SMTP account(s), test connection, set concurrency and delay, then Send.
- 5Watch live status. Export Excel (synced to NextBrill). SMTP passwords never leave your campaign flow as stored credentials.

Is the extension free?
Yes — every extension includes a lifetime free trial of 5 searches. After that, upgrade to Pro for unlimited use.
Do I need a new download after paying?
No. Pro unlocks inside the same extension after you subscribe on NextBrill.
How do I install from the ZIP?
Unzip the file, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked, and select the unzipped folder.
Does NextBrill send mail from its own servers?
No. You configure and use your own SMTP. NextBrill never provides your sending mailbox.
Does AI write a different email for every recipient?
No. OpenAI creates one reusable template with merge variables. Local substitution fills each recipient.
What does Sent mean?
SMTP accepted the message. That is not the same as inbox delivery.
